Job Title: Senior Manager, Technology and Risk

TD Bank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Technology and Risk to lead our Fraud Product Technology Governance Risk Control team. As a key member of our Technology and Risk organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and mitigation of operational and regulatory risk across our technology functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies and policies to ensure the effective management of operational and regulatory risk.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, and vendors to identify and mitigate risks associated with technology functions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust understanding of governance and control requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to technology teams to ensure the effective implementation of risk management strategies and policies.
  • Monitor and report on risk profile to ensure activities are within risk appetite and policies.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years' experience in Governance, Risk and Controls.
  • Demonstrated people management experience.
  • CISSP, CSAM, and COBIT or Relevant experience in a technology operations or application management role.
  • Strong background in reporting automation.
  • Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work.
