You will also inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cantonese cuisine and be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be required to work 35 to 40 hours per week and be available to relocate for this position.
