About this role:

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register to process customer transactions and manage sales data.
  • Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Scan items and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout your shift.
