Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain sales records.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining store appearance.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, process orders, and conduct stocktakes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Department store.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods.
Personal Suitability:
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Overtime: Overtime required.
  • Physically Demanding: Physically demanding work environment.
