Pharmacist - Patient Focused Care Specialist

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Pharmacist to provide safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy in a community pharmacy setting.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement, focusing on clinical services, medication reviews, and disease state management.
Responsibilities include:
- Initiating care plans, following up, and documenting patient information
- Administering vaccines and determining the appropriateness of drug therapy
- Monitoring medication adherence and collecting relevant patient, drug, and disease information
- Recommending OTC products and vitamins, and answering questions from patients requiring therapeutic knowledge
- Supervising a pharmacy student or provisional pharmacist in the performance of restricted activities
Qualifications and skills required include:
- Experience in Kroll and working in a retail environment
- Good communication skills (oral and written) and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
