We are seeking an experienced Senior Fabrication Welder to join our team at First Hire inc. in Canada. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for the construction and repair of metal products using various welding techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment operation, as well as experience with metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines. They will also possess excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a dental plan, health care plan, group insurance benefits, and a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).

In this role, you will work closely with our team to interpret welding process specifications, read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes. You will also examine welds to ensure they meet standards and/or specifications, operate hoisting and lifting equipment, and perform other tasks as required.
