Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at DK Furniture Company.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Compile data and statistics to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee payroll administration, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have experience with Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Permanent position with a minimum of 35-40 hours per week.
  • Bilingualism (English) an asset.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
