Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fish Grader to join our team at Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our fish products by examining ingredients and finished products to ensure conformance to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise supervisors of ingredient or product deficiencies
  • Take samples of products at various stages of processing
  • Examine ingredients or finished products to ensure conformance to company standards
  • Conduct routine tests for product specifications
  • Grade and label raw materials or finished products
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy loads
