Job Title: Fish Grader

We are seeking a skilled Fish Grader to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Fish Grader will be responsible for ensuring the quality of fish products by examining ingredients and finished products, conducting routine tests, and grading and labeling raw materials or finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine ingredients or finished products to ensure conformance to company standards
  • Conduct routine tests for product specifications
  • Grade and label raw materials or finished products
  • Advise supervisors of ingredient or product deficiencies
  • Take samples of products at various stages of processing
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a noisy, odorous, dusty, hot, cold/refrigerated, and wet/damp environment
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Own transportation
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Working Conditions:
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Overtime required
