The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Additionally, they should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of 3-4 people to ensure project efficiency.

  • Install flooring, doors, windows, cabinetry, and drywall with precision.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to execute ICF construction projects efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to company and industry safety standards.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects to ensure timelines and goals are met.
