Food Service Team Lead

KARACHI HIGHWAY KARAHI INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of food service staff, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock and sales.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, including training in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive customer service attitude.
- Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the quality of food and service. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent initiative and dependability.
