Mental Health Program Coordinator

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Community Home Manager, the Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the program. This includes developing, implementing, and evaluating programs, staff and client management, strategic plans, goals, objectives, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Referral and vacancy management
- Administrative tasks
- Providing supervision to a staff group
- Ensuring program maintenance and safety
- Supporting the direct delivery of support services to clients
Requirements:
- BA or Diploma in Mental Health or related field and two years of experience or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Three years in a mental health setting, including one year of supervisory experience and one year of program development and evaluation
- Emergency First Aid Certificate
- Current Ministry of Justice Criminal Records Clearance
- Class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle
- TB Clearance
- Medical Certificate
- FoodSafe Certificate
- WHMIS Certificate
