Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team at H & R STONE SLINGER LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck to transport goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload goods from the dump truck, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Operate and Maintain Vehicle: Operate the dump truck to transport goods and materials, and perform regular maintenance checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Inspect Vehicle: Conduct regular inspections of the dump truck to identify any potential issues or defects.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement and Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to handle a large workload.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
