About the Role

The Senior Manager, Tangerine Funds will be responsible for providing ongoing product management and development support to Tangerine investment funds.

As a member of Scotia Global Asset Management's (Scotia GAM) Product Management and Innovation team, the Senior Manager will work closely with Tangerine distribution partners and other subject matter experts to ensure new and existing products fully align with Tangerine's unique value proposition and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Management: Formulate contextual, accurate, and timely product commentary, portfolio manager insights, and investing insights for Tangerine's investment solutions.
  • Product Development: Manage the end-to-end documentation for new product launches and enhancements, ensuring compliance from a regulatory, taxation, and operational perspective.
  • Product Design: Design and prioritize a product roadmap for Tangerine to meet the needs of existing and target client segments and to support growth in assets under management.
  • Market Intelligence: Use knowledge of the competitive environment, industry trends, and market dynamics to help shape product strategy and inform features.
  • Client Communication: Act as a content resource for Marketing partners in the production of client-facing publications and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Enrolment in/completion of the CFA or CIM considered an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years Asset Management industry experience, with relevant product development and product management experience.
