We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Operations Management to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our workforce to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Management: Manage a team of professionals to ensure the effective delivery of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with our operational standards.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule the commissioning of new sites to meet our implementation schedule.
  • Technical Testing: Collaborate with our Access Engineering team to test new wireless cellular products and technology.
  • Field Measurements: Coordinate field RF measurements and data collection to support our Radio Network Optimization Process.
  • Audit and Compliance: Audit site acceptance for our wireless cellular access network and ensure compliance with our operational standards.
  • Operational Management: Manage repair and return, warranties, equipment calibration, and other operational issues.
  • Health and Safety: Participate in and plan OH&S meetings and training requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Electrical/Electronics Degree and/or Technologist Diploma
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Skills: Strong MS Office Suite experience, Power BI an asset; technical document writing; understanding of AC electrical circuits; foundational knowledge of IP networking; understanding of wireless cellular telecom network architecture; knowledge of FDD and TDD wireless LTE/NR; experience using a spectrum analyzer and network testing tools; resource management; team vacation planning; training and career advancement planning.
