Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping supervisors and staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff as needed.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment.
  • Guest Services
    • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
