We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. This is a permanent position, requiring a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate activities with housekeeping supervisors and crews to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and manage ordering and procurement processes.
  • Supervise in-house laundry services and coordinate maintenance and repair services as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
