Job Title: Office Administrator/Receptionist

Company Overview: Dian Motors Inc. is a leading distributor of bicycles, electric motorcycles, and marine powersports across Canada and the US.

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and personable Office Administrator/Receptionist to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
  2. Relationship Management: Make outbound calls to maintain and enhance relationships with dealers.
  3. Sales Support: Assist with managing and following up on sales leads.
  4. Administrative Support: Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  5. Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
  6. Team Support: Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams.
  7. Reception Duties: Handle reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing office supplies.

Requirements:

  1. Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  5. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Professionalism: A professional and friendly demeanor.
  7. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge or interest in the electric vehicle industry is a plus.
