Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Associate to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be willing to train. In this role, you will be responsible for registering arriving guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, and taking, canceling, and changing room reservations. You will also provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area. Additionally, you will process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments. The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Process group arrivals and departures
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
