Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automobile Sales Representative to join our team at M & A Used Cars & Truck Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to meet their business objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and statistics, arrange for refunds and credits, and receive payments.
  • Communication: Answer written and oral inquiries, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
