Job Title: Automobile Dealerships Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Automobile Dealerships Service Representative to join our team at M & A Used Cars & Truck Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Advertising and Sales Promotion: Advise clients on effective advertising and sales promotion strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics to track sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Refunds and Credits: Process refunds and credits in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively with clients in English, providing clear and concise information to meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
