The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management systems, business analysis, and information systems, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
About the Job:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a 4-year university degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a concentration in business/operational process analysis, accounting, or information systems. A minimum of 5 years of experience in management systems, business analysis, and the use of business information systems, preferably within a municipal environment or a large public organization, is also required.
Responsibilities:- Analysis and definition of integrated business processes
- Configuration of relevant applications to support those processes
- Maintenance of application functionality
- Providing business operations expertise to Legal Services regarding the City's corporate applications and all other Legal business applications
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and understanding of business processes and work management systems within the department, as well as business analysis practices, techniques, and report writing. They will also have experience with business process modeling methodologies and techniques, and principles, methodologies, and techniques of Project Management.
