Job Title: Store Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily store operations, evaluating daily performance, and planning and organizing daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Evaluate daily performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily activities, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members.
  • Manage staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, selecting products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, promoting products and services to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Determine staffing requirements, recruiting and hiring team members as needed to meet business demands.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high expectations.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a standing position for extended periods.
