We are seeking a skilled Cheese Maker to join our team at Fromagerie la Chaudière. As a Cheese Maker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cheese products while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Record production information and monitor processing conditions to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
- Inform supervisors of any mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities.
- Make adjustments to process variables as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain shift logs and record production data for quality control and improvement purposes.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle heavy loads.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
