Job Title: Cheese Maker

We are seeking a skilled Cheese Maker to join our team at Fromagerie la Chaudière. As a Cheese Maker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cheese products while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record production information and monitor processing conditions to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inform supervisors of any mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities.
  • Make adjustments to process variables as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and other relevant data.
  • Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
