Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our team as a Retail Shelf Stocker at Canadian Tire #636. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and upholding our company's values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Count, weigh, and sort items received by the store, accurately recording inventory levels and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate computerized stock inventory, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling heavy loads with ease.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or stockroom environment.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
