Job Title: Pro Shop Associate Hunting

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Pro Shop Associate to join our Hunting Department at Canadian Tire Corporation Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on fishing and hunting products, including rods, reels, fishing equipment, and hunting apparel.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, trends, and technologies in the fishing and hunting industry.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in fishing and hunting, including rods, reels, fishing equipment, and hunting apparel.
  • Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) is required.
  • Knowledge of fishing and hunting regulations.
  • Solid work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Approachable and highly customer-oriented.
  • Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt to challenging situations, and make decisions.
