Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Everything Keto Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
