Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at Everything Keto Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and talent management, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze staffing requirements to determine the best course of action for recruitment and talent management.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media advertising, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and fit the company culture.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make recommendations for hire.
  • Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, including employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
