Retail Store Team Lead

At CLINTON BUDGET FOODS LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Floor Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that the sales floor is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately stocked and that inventory is turned over regularly.
- Reports and Analytics: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop sales staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment, with a proven track record of leadership and sales success. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, and a rural area or retail business setting is preferred.
