Clinton Budget Foods Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing sales staff, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and stored.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and personnel matters.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
