Job Title: Tile Installer

We are seeking an experienced Tile Installer to join our team at Diligent Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality tiles and flooring solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for tiling, ensuring they are clean, dry, and level
  • Mix and apply adhesives, using hand trowels and other tools as required
  • Install tiles, aligning and straightening them to ensure a professional finish
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings, using hand and power cutting tools
  • Instruct apprentices and assist with training
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in tile installation
  • Dusty work site environment
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
  • Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is approximately $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a competitive bonus structure, opportunities for career advancement, and a comprehensive health insurance package.
