Inventory Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at STEEL CANADA RESOURCES LTD. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of stock levels, and coordinating with other departments to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and supplies.
- Operations Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals and objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to employees on inventory management procedures and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
This is a permanent position working 32 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work under pressure, and possess efficient interpersonal skills.
