Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the nursing process to support clients/residents/patients in achieving and maintaining their optimum level of health.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM).
  • Proficiency in both official languages (English/French).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale (CTAS) certification.
  • Trauma Nursing Care Course (TNCC) certification.
