About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analytics Manager to join our Corporate Commercial Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Restaurant and Bar analytics roadmap, driving Ancillary revenue growth, and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy for R&B, aligning initiatives with the broader commercial strategy.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of analytics solutions/products, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into broader business processes and foster a culture of data-driven excellence.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Commercial initiatives within R&B.
- Facilitate the successful rollout of the Seamless Reservation Program across all R&B outlets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on program KPIs.
- University degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years' experience in analytics, insights, or marketing and sales, with previous experience in Hospitality an asset.
- Applied experience in business performance and competitive analysis.
- Ability to manipulate, analyze, and transform large datasets into clear business insights.
- Proficient in Python, R, SQL, or other programming languages, with experience in data visualization and dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau).
- Expert in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
