Product Manager, Web Platforms

At Mozilla, we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our web platforms. This role will be responsible for translating our product vision into clear requirements, working closely with internal stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and web developers to bring our web platforms vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our web ecosystem, including internal business needs and external audiences.
  • Anticipate and deliver features and services that empower and enable our audiences to participate.
  • Build solutions that meet the needs of multiple teams across the organization, taking into consideration operational needs and user experience.
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative data insights from customer research, data analysis, and business analysis to drive ideation and new solutions.
  • Advocate effectively for the end-user's point of view during feature ideation.
  • Track results of experiments, using data to draw conclusions and leveraging learnings to create new tests.
  • Analyze website performance metrics, user feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role within web development or digital product management.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and web technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
