Coffrages Synergy is seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, preparing layouts, and measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. You will also be responsible for building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, and erecting walls and roof systems. Additionally, you will schedule and coordinate work on sites, survey building locations and levels, instruct apprentices, supervise other workers, and maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. You will be physically demanding and able to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors. You will also be required to handle heavy loads and work in a team environment.
