We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic medical assistant to join our team at Square One Medical Clinic in downtown Mississauga. As a medical assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our board-certified physicians in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Perform various medical procedures under the supervision of a physician, including phlebotomy and injections.
  • Assist with patient intake, including vital sign measurements and documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and phone etiquette to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure timely communication with patients and physicians.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical terminology, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Medical background or certification as a medical assistant.
  • Experience working in an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
