Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Capital Optimization Team in the Finance Business Unit. This is a hybrid opportunity based in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in the execution of all activities associated with Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling forecast and long-range plan, analyzing and interpreting results, and providing input and recommendations.
  • Provide financial advice on growth-related requests from project teams and oversee the development of comprehensive financial/valuation models.
  • Manage the annual capital budgeting process, including annual review, and provide leadership to the capital asset team on reporting and recording of capital assets.
  • Support the post-audit process and report results to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

You will work closely with other leaders within the Finance business unit and provide leadership to a team of Financial Analysts who will report directly to you. This team strives to cultivate a culture of teamwork, accuracy, and accountability.

Business Partnerships:

You will work closely with other functions across FCL to ensure consistency and best practices throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in financial planning & forecasting, credit management, and capital budgeting.
  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
  • Professional Accounting or Finance designation.
