About the Role

FEROZA FINANCIAL INCORPORATED is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare general ledger, journal entries, and trial balance, as well as financial statements and reports.
  • Accounting Tasks: Manage accounts receivable and payable, prepare payroll, and invoice clients.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize MS Excel and MS Word to perform tasks and maintain records.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate client focus, excellent oral communication, and organizational skills as a team player.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
