We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a key player in the support and development of our agency operation, you will provide inbound sales and service for life and wealth products, as well as utilize your knowledge of our personal lines (auto, home) and specialty lines (farm and commercial).

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound sales, service, and profitable growth of Life and Wealth products.
- Sales, service, and profitable growth of both personal lines and specialty lines products.
- Advise and recommend coverages and policies that best meet client needs.

How You Will Create Impact:

- Leverage information about clients' needs and situations to qualify sales opportunities.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to clearly convey messages.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience including sales experience.
- General Insurance license is required.
- Life License is an asset.
- Meet all provincial-licensing requirements in accordance with continuing education in order to obtain and maintain all licenses.
