Cloud RAN vDU Test Manager

About this Opportunity:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for New Radio (NR) on the Virtualized Digital Unit (vDU) to ensure seamless integration and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement lab configurations for integration and testing, leveraging Cloud Native infrastructure and micro-services.
- Drive the definition and implementation of automation, AI, and machine learning architecture for RAN testing.
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement a scalable and resilient product on a Cloud Native Platform.
- Develop a test systematization and implementation for standalone and hybrid network environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years in a RAN Test Manager role with experience in Cloud Native product integration and testing.
- Strong knowledge of Wireless Communication systems and Cloud Native core design and test principles.
- Critical thinking, innovative ideas, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and team working skills.
