Job Title: Residential Construction Site Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Sandhu Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to meet project demands
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills to complete tasks efficiently
  • Manage own company to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support project needs

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week
