We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Quality Collating Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bindery department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 16-20 employees, including binding and finishing machine operators
  • Prepare production reports and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
