Job Title: Foreman/Woman, Binders

Join Quality Collating Ltd as a key member of our production team in a challenging and rewarding role as a Foreman/Woman, Binders. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our binding and finishing department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 16-20 team members, including binding and finishing machine operators.
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Oversee the operation of binding and finishing machines, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions and disciplinary measures.
  • Establish methods to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
