About the Role

The Team Lead is a key member of our retail team, responsible for leading and motivating sales associates to achieve exceptional results. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role provides support and coverage to the Store and Assistant Managers in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Model desired selling and customer service behaviors at all times.
  • Operational Support
    • Provide support and coverage to the Store and Assistant Managers in their absence.
    • Assist in the operational functions of the store, including POS management and daily banking procedures.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure a positive and exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide positive feedback.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee and delegate tasks to the team to maximize efficiency of store operations.
    • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • 1+ years related experience in a retail apparel environment; luxury retail experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team; viewed as a leader among peers.
  • Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for upholding an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with others while being self-motivated.
  • Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
