We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Express Scripts Canada. This is a 12-month contract position working 21 hours a week, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes working from home and in our Mississauga Head Office.

The successful candidate will have working knowledge of the rules and regulations affecting payroll and be able to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, in accordance with statutory compliance and company's guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing bi-weekly payrolls for +500 salaried and hourly employees, in a multi-provincial environment.

  • Participating in developing internal payroll procedures and keeping documents up-to-date.

  • Preparing Records of Employment (ROE) in accordance with Service Canada requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP Workforce Now / Workday and strong computer skills, including Excel for data manipulation and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and French, are also essential.
