Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Marketing Engineer to support our Technical Marketing team and Product Marketing Group. The ideal candidate will deliver insightful technical marketing assets that strengthen our core solutions narrative and messaging, increasing visibility and pipeline for Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical marketing assets for campaigns and launches across our cybersecurity portfolio, including AI/ML Endpoint protection solution - CylanceENDPOINT, CylanceMDR, and UEM.
  • Contribute technical marketing capabilities and knowledge into our marketing campaigns and products.
  • Create demos and videos to showcase our products and solutions across Endpoint, MDR, and UEM.
  • Assist and lead efficacy and performance testing of our Endpoint product, working closely with internal labs and external labs partners.
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence, reviewing our approach to develop the best assets for our field.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant technical marketing experience in a high-tech company (software).
  • Bachelor's degree required, Cybersecurity qualifications a bonus.
  • Strong marketing writing skills (content creation) with a high level of business acumen.
  • A collaborative colleague with a team-oriented attitude and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and interpretation skills.
  • A self-starter with technical and intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability, and a strong ability to build internal and external relationships.
