About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Decathlon team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Decathlon remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
