As we celebrate our 5-year milestone, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to help drive our growth and achieve our ambitious goals.

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record in the P&C insurance industry. As our first COO, you will be responsible for developing business plans, budgets, and goals that align with our overall company objectives. You will also define risk mitigation initiatives to protect loss ratios and retention. If you have a degree in Risk Management, Financial Services, or Business Administration, and previous experience as a COO or similar senior-level operational executive role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and goals that align with company objectives
  • Define risk mitigation initiatives to protect loss ratios and retention
  • Collaborate with operations to develop business plans and budgets
  • Establish goals and performance targets for broker partners and managers
  • Lead teams and drive performance, follow-through, and accountability
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a COO or similar senior-level operational executive role in the P&C insurance industry
  • Proven track record leading teams and driving performance
  • Strong business acumen and strategic leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operations and broker partners
